Shipping & Returns

Delivery Locations

ART from SPIRIT ships worldwide. Postage costs are calculated at checkout. If you have any questions about delivery, please contact Tegan at info@artfromspirit.com.

Dispatch Timeframes

Standard Physical Products

Standard physical products are dispatched within 1–3 business days of your order being placed. You will be notified when your item has been dispatched.

ART from SPIRIT Signature Personalised Package

The ART from SPIRIT Signature Personalised Package is a bespoke, made-to-order creation. Your package will generally be dispatched within 1–8 weeks of your order being placed, allowing time for all pieces to be intuitively created and prepared for you. You will receive updates as your order progresses and will be notified when it is dispatched.

Print on Demand Products

Some products — including books and printed materials available through Lulu and Amazon KDP — are printed and dispatched directly to you by the third-party provider. Estimated delivery timeframes will be shown at checkout or in the product listing and are determined by the provider.

Digital Products

Digital products purchased directly through our Site (including guided audio recordings, printable PDFs, ebooks, and video recordings) will be available for download immediately following payment. A download link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout — please ensure this is entered correctly.

For products hosted on third-party platforms (such as Deckible), you will be directed to that platform to access your purchase. Their delivery and access terms apply.

For estimated delivery times for physical products, please visit Australia Post or the relevant courier's website.

Returns and Refunds

Your rights as a consumer are protected under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in these policies limits or excludes your rights under the ACL or any other applicable legislation.

Standard Physical Products

If you are not satisfied with a standard (non-personalised) physical product, you may return the unused item within 14 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price. Postage costs are not refunded.

Returned items must be:

Unused and in their original condition
In original packaging

Please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to be processed once the return is received and inspected. ART from SPIRIT is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return shipping — we recommend using an insured, trackable service. If a returned item is received in unsuitable condition, a full refund may not be possible; a partial refund or alternative arrangement may be agreed upon.

Some products are not eligible for return. This will be noted in the relevant product listing.

ART from SPIRIT does not issue refunds for products purchased through third-party retailers or platforms (for example, Amazon or other distributors). Please contact the relevant retailer directly.

ART from SPIRIT Signature Personalised Package

The ART from SPIRIT Signature Personalised Package is a bespoke, commissioned creation made especially for you. Each package is unique and personalised and cannot be resold. Because of this, Signature Personalised Packages are non-refundable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Please read the following carefully before placing your order:

Co-creation with Spirit: Each Signature Personalised Package — including all artwork, customised meditations, guidance elements, and any other included pieces — is created through an intuitive, spiritually guided process. The specific outcome, including imagery, themes, colours, and the nature of the guidance provided, is not predetermined and will not be known until the work is complete. By placing your order, you acknowledge and accept this open-ended, intuitive nature of the process.

If you have a concern: ART from SPIRIT values open communication. If you receive your package and have a concern, please reach out to Tegan at info@artfromspirit.com. While refunds are not available, a replacement may be offered at ART from SPIRIT's discretion.

These terms do not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including your right to a remedy in the event of a major failure.

Print on Demand Products

Print-on-demand products are produced by a third-party provider specifically for your order. Because these items are made to order, change-of-mind returns are not available.

If your item arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact Tegan at info@artfromspirit.com within 14 days of receipt, including a description and photograph of the issue. A replacement or refund will be arranged in accordance with our obligations under Australian Consumer Law.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, ART from SPIRIT is generally unable to offer refunds once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience a genuine technical issue preventing access to your purchase, please contact Tegan at info@artfromspirit.com within 14 days of purchase.

For digital products purchased through third-party platforms (such as Deckible), that platform's refund policy applies. Please contact the relevant platform directly.

These terms do not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Subscription

Subscription fees are non-refundable once access to subscription content has commenced. If you have a specific concern or exceptional circumstance you wish to discuss, you are welcome to contact Tegan at info@artfromspirit.com. Any consideration of a refund in such circumstances is at ART from SPIRIT's sole discretion and does not exclude your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Art Therapy Services

Art therapy services are provided under separate individual service agreements and are not subject to the policies on this page. For information about art therapy services, please contact Tegan directly at info@artfromspirit.com.

reproduce the product in whole or in part in any other format without our written permission

User Content

You may be permitted to post, upload, or submit content (User Content) on our Site, including within any subscription community area. By submitting User Content, you grant ART from SPIRIT a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free licence to use, copy, adapt, distribute, display, and publish that User Content through our Site.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent and warrant that:

you own the User Content or have all necessary rights and permissions to submit it

Subscription Terms

ART from SPIRIT offers a subscription service (Subscription) providing access to digital resources, content, and community features. Subscription content may include guided audio recordings, printable resources, ebooks, video content, live calls, and access to a community area. By subscribing, you agree to these Terms and any additional terms presented at the time of purchase.

Access

Upon payment of the applicable subscription fee (as published on our Site), you will be granted access to subscription content for the duration of your subscription period. Access is personal to you and must not be shared with others.

Subscription Fees and Pricing

Current subscription fees are published on our Site. Prices may change from time to time. We will provide advance notice to existing subscribers of any price changes before they take effect.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to subscription content until that date.

Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable once access to subscription content has commenced. If you have a concern or exceptional circumstance you wish to discuss, you are welcome to contact Tegan at info@artfromspirit.com. Any consideration of a refund in such circumstances is at ART from SPIRIT's sole discretion. These terms do not affect any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Live Calls and Scheduled Events

Where live calls or events are included as part of your subscription, reasonable advance notice will be given of scheduling. We will make every effort to deliver these as planned but reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances. A rescheduled session will be provided as a replacement and does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Permitted Use of Subscription Content

All subscription content is for your personal use only. Unless expressly stated otherwise, you must not:

share, reproduce, or distribute subscription content (including recordings, audio, PDFs, video, or other materials)
share your login credentials or grant others access to subscription content
use subscription content for commercial purposes

Wellbeing Disclaimer — Subscription Content

Some subscription content may involve self-reflection, inner work, and personal exploration. This content is for self-development purposes only and does not constitute professional mental health, medical, or therapeutic advice. Please refer to the Wellbeing and Inner Work Disclaimer above.

Suspension or Termination of Subscription

We may suspend or terminate your subscription access if you breach these Terms or the Community Guidelines. No refund will be issued in the event of termination due to a breach.

Community Guidelines

Where a community area is available through the Subscription or our Site, the following Community Guidelines apply. By participating in the community, you agree to these guidelines.

Respect and Inclusivity

Treat all community members with kindness and respect. This is a safe, supportive space. Personal attacks, harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or bullying of any kind will not be tolerated.

Appropriate Content

Posts and contributions to the community must not be:

abusive, threatening, defamatory, or offensive
unlawful or in breach of any third party's rights
sexually explicit or otherwise inappropriate for a general adult audience
spam, unsolicited advertising, or promotional content not approved by ART from SPIRIT
misleading or deceptive

Not a Professional Advice Space

The community is a space for sharing personal experiences, creativity, and encouragement. It is not a space for providing or seeking professional mental health, medical, legal, or financial advice. If you or another community member appears to be in crisis, please encourage them to seek qualified professional support immediately.

Intellectual Property — ART from SPIRIT Content

Do not share, reproduce, or distribute content provided as part of the Subscription (including videos, recordings, guided meditations, resources, or other materials) within the community area or elsewhere without express written permission from ART from SPIRIT.

Intellectual Property — Member Content

Respect the personal content and intellectual property of other community members. Do not reproduce or share another member's posts, artwork, or contributions without their explicit permission.

Use of Subscription Materials Outside the Community

Subscription materials (including resources, guided meditations, artwork, videos, and other content) are for your personal use only. You must not record, copy, distribute, sell, or use any subscription material for commercial purposes.

Moderation

ART from SPIRIT reserves the right to moderate the community at its sole discretion, including removing content that breaches these guidelines and suspending or removing members who do not comply. Participation in the community is a privilege, not a right.

Disclaimer

Content shared by community members represents their own personal views and experiences only. ART from SPIRIT does not endorse or take responsibility for member-generated content.

Discontinuance

We may, at any time and without notice, discontinue our Site or any part of it, including the Subscription service or community area. We may also remove any person's access at our sole discretion. We are not responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from such discontinuance or removal.

Warranties and Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no representations or warranties about our Site or its content, including that:

it is complete, accurate, reliable, up to date, or suitable for any particular purpose
access will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses
our Site or its systems are fully secure

These Terms are effective until terminated by us, which we may do at any time and without notice to you. All restrictions imposed on you and all limitations of liability set out in these Terms survive termination.

Disputes

If a dispute arises in connection with these Terms, the party raising the dispute must give written notice to the other party setting out the details and a proposed resolution. Within 7 days of receiving notice, the parties must meet at least once in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute or agree on an alternate resolution method. All aspects of every such meeting, except the fact that it occurred, will be privileged. If the dispute is not resolved within 21 days of the original notice, it may be referred to litigation.

Severance

If any provision of these Terms is found to be void, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision must be read as narrowly as possible to allow it to be valid. If it cannot be read down, that provision is severed without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining Terms.

Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and any appellate courts, and waive any right to object to proceedings being brought in those courts.

Our Site may be accessed from outside Australia. We make no representation that our Site complies with the laws of any jurisdiction outside Australia. If you access our Site from outside Australia, you do so at your own risk.
